• As Lead Community Manager at Circular Protocol, I took charge of building our Discord community from the ground up. I structured the server, created onboarding systems, and set up role paths and programs that made it easy for members to get involved and grow within the ecosystem. I worked across teams to turn technical updates into simple, clear messages and campaigns that the community could understand and engage with. Along the way, I focused on educating members, keeping conversations active, and making sure contributors felt valued. A big part of my role was driving organic growth and long-term retention. I introduced engagement strategies, content prompts, and reward systems that helped the community stay active and feel like a part of the project’s journey. Step by step, I helped build a space that could grow with Circular Protocol’s goals and vision.
